Refund policy

Overview

At The Grand Pallete, we want every client to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.
To maintain quality standards, all returns must meet the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale / Clearance / Final Sale items
  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage
  • Returns requested after 7 days

Exchanges (Size or Style)

Exchanges are allowed only for clothing (dresses + jeans) and only if the item:

  • Does not fit
  • Is in perfect condition

Customer is responsible for return and reshipping fees unless the error is ours.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Email naturespallate@gmail.com
  3. Include clear photos of the issue

We will replace the item or refund you if no replacement is available.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method
  • Courier fees are non-refundable unless The Grand Pallete is at fault
